BST Affiliate case study and methods

Affiliate case study and methods BST

After the successful launch of the Affiliate case study and methods BST, I decided to give away a free method thats not included in the guide, to those who are on the fence about starting an affiliate business and how much they can really make from the ventures, and to those that can't afford it.

The method is great for beginners, but im sure some of you with more exp can take an idea or 2 from here as well.

If you know me, iv been on this forum for a while now and always am trying to help newbies.

Not because im mother Theresa, just because i remember how it felt when i started and i had some ppl on here that did support me and helped me, so i feel obligated to give back. Now i work 100% online, which i absolutely love, and 100% of my income comes from online marketing (well and some real estate investments but nothing that requires me to 'go to work').

The affiliate business is one of the best models in my opinion, just losing ranks to starting your own products/services where you control the majority of the factors. What I like about the affiliate business is that your earnings are truly uncapped.

You can make as little as 1 sale a day to as much as 1,000 sales a day and the workload isn’t much higher.

I’ve started affiliate businesses where the hardest part of doing it was all at the beginning where I was making $0.
Once you start earning, things become so much easier, and you can scale the entire model up and outsource work with a click of a button.

In this free guide, I’ll show you how you can make a successful $100 per day affiliate business starting today. All you have to do is get a domain name, and a hosting server and you can make money in the next week [if you put in the work, don’t be lazy now!]

This method will involve the use of free direct traffic so you can expect to see results fairly quickly, as long as you remain consistent and make sure you work smart. I won’t be talking about SEO here for affiliate niche sites as these tend to be long-term methods that require months to see organic traffic.

Picking the Niche

The niche is CRUCIAL here. You don’t want to choose a niche where there is no customers searching for anything to buy. And similarly, to the affiliate case study BST I have where we look for “victims” who require certain products NOW, this method will rely on the same principle. You will have to do some research into buyer profiles and see what things are popular right now.

This doesn’t require any keyword research for SEO, so there’s no need to look for keyword competition, website DA scores or any other vanity metrics. Just focus on things that are popular right now in the world and make judgments based on that.

An example I can offer right now is the pandemic.
According to some countries like the UK (one of my fav places), the Government will let go of lockdown restrictions on June 21st. So, what can we gather from this information?

Summer starts on June 21st.

What do people tend to want for summer?

Beach-ready bodies. Trying to get sexy.

This puts people in a sense of urgency, and this ultimately makes them our victims ready to pounce on.

This means they need to lose fat or gain muscle in 90 days, give or take. How will they do that?

That is where we come in with the awesome product that we get paid a commission for.

Now you can find related affiliate products related to fitness such as DVDs, fitness courses, supplements etc and start the next plan of this method.

The Domain

This is where we create our site. I always recommend creating your own assets, for the simple reason of it being under your control.

You can control your content and other aspects of your site.

Also, you are able to build this asset up for the long term and make it sellable to future investors.

So, once you have a niche pinned down, create a generic domain for it but make it brandable. For my above example for fitness post lockdown, I could create a domain like:

lockdownbody.com

pandemicphsysique.com

The Theme

You can use any theme you want for this website. If you have $0 to invest, use a free theme. If you have some money to invest, I recommend either ElegantThemes or Elementor or you can. get a nulled version here on bhw. @Festinger even sells some of them, and has good stuff from my exp, check him out.

Most importantly, make your site look as high quality as you possibly can as potential customers will be landing on this page, ready to see if they want to invest in the product you are promoting.

The Content

This is your main element for your affiliate business. You will want to find 10 affiliate products minimum for your niche and create high-quality content based around each one. I’m not talking a simple format such as:

  • Introduction:
  • What is the product about?
  • Pros:
  • Cons:
  • Conclusion:
If you want people to take their wallets out and invest in the affiliate product you are trying to promote, you want them to feel emotionally attached to the situation.

For the above example, we want to make them feel bad about their current fitness situation due to gyms closing and gaining weight during the lockdown. A format I like to use is this:

  • Introduction:
  • Complaints about the current situation:
  • What saved me from ballooning up to 300lbs (introduce product subtly)
  • What is the product?
  • Pros:
  • Cons:
  • Comparisons between this product and other related products:
  • Conclusion:
It is similar to the old format but this one gets more detailed and introduces a deeper emotional element rather than keeping it formal and sales pitchy. Even though the product landing page will convert them into sales, you will want to warm them up to the prospect of buying it so when they click the affiliate link, they read it/listen to it while thinking in the back of their heads “if it worked for X, it should work for me”. Make your site more like a friendly blog that discusses real-time events.

Do this for 10+ products and test different results based on the rest of the method.

Getting free traffic to your affiliate site

OK so now you have a fully set up affiliate website, now what? Now you will need to get direct traffic to your website, where you can convert readers into sales. This method will not require any paid traffic or SEO. You can get started for free, but it will take time so don’t expect to be doing 30 minutes of work and seeing your bank account explode.

You will need to make a Canva account to create images. Canva is free to join and you can get started in 30 seconds. Here is the website link: https://www.canva.com/

Go to Create a design and click “custom size”. I recommend the sizing 1000px by 1500px. This is perfect for what we’re about to do next.

Create content based on your niche so if your niche was health and fitness, create some content based around things such as:

  • how to lose 3lb in a week
  • what paleo diets should I follow
  • what ab workout will get me a six-pack the fastest
The design is important because the catchier it is, and the more well-designed it is, more people will click on your image.

I recommend spending at least 3-6 hours creating as many infographics as you can for the many products you have promoted. I would create at least 100+ infographics combined to start with. (hard work right? Yup! That’s how you make money guys.)

Note: Don’t give all the info in the infographic. If your design is about “top 5 ways to lose fat”, you can write 3 detailed ones and write “click the link” to find out about the last 2 ways to lose fat. However, this will require you to create the rest of the content on your affiliate site to link back to.

The important thing is to make sure they go to your website. Without this, it will be hard to convert into sales.

Now that you have all the infographics created, it’s time to publish them. If you’ve been around IM for a while, you probably know or have an idea of where we were going to post this all. Pinterest…

Pinterest is probably the best direct source of free traffic for affiliate sites hands down. You can get 100+ clicks to your site within the next 24 hours and even generate a sale or two. However, it will take time and effort to make sure it works consistently.

Create a Pinterest account if you don’t already have one and start a new board. Label it according to your niche and start uploading your pictures you’ve created. I wouldn’t do it all at once but upload them consistently throughout the day.

Make sure the descriptions are detailed and include the link to a specific page on your affiliate site.

This is a guaranteed method to get free direct traffic to your website.
All you have to do is create multiple images perfect for Pinterest sizing and upload them.
You can hire someone on here (support bhw marketplace) or on fiverr if ure on an extremely low budget to create well-designed infographics for you, but if you dont have money to invest, I can assure you that Canva is easy to use, and anyone can create good looking designs using the templates they already have.

That’s it really. In a quite simple explanation, you create an affiliate site to promote using Pinterest and image creation. Do this with any niche that requires a sense of urgency, and you are guaranteed to get clicks and sales.

Side note: As you are using Pinterest, you will need to know that it is a majority female demographic, so keep this in mind when researching niches. In my experience, the best broad niches are:

  • Self-improvement (weight-loss is amazing on pinterest)
  • Beauty
  • Fashion
  • Dating
Don’t just create generic images for these though. Dig deeper into all these niches and find your true victims (ok ok, customers) ready to pull out their wallets.

Another tip that worked well for me on pinterest is the good old follow unfollow. its not as effective as in on IG I wont lie to you, but it does work.

That pretty much sums it up.
So yeah, the method requires work, no PayPal monkey generator here sadly, but it will make you money.
If you can't afford to invest money into guides or paid traffic, here u go, no more excuses.

This is literally a free way to start. If you dont have $5 to buy a hosting, i cant help you there get a job save $5 and start.

Now go get some $$$

Hope that helps!
